10th Anniversary Announcement

Senior Solutions of Pinellas County is happy to announce it is celebrating its 10th Anniversary this month. We are pleased to have provided online assistance through the Further Information link here on the web site, and in-person, 1:1 care to so many confused and overwhelmed people. We have served families as far away as Great Britain and Canada, and from Seattle to Miami and Maine to Los Angeles and many locations in between, literally criss-crossing the United States through the years.
We have stuck to our original “bottom line” or modus operandi and it has served us well. That is, we have provided referrals to our clients who meet our “good enough for our mom and dad” criteria. We consistently respond to our client families in a time frame that used to be considered normal, but these days it is considered rare. I have received so many emails saying, “Thank you for responding so promptly”!
Our client caseload remains “capped” in order to provide the highest degree of personal assistance. The “buck” still “stops here”. Consultation services, coordination of care, problem resolution, oversight, and advocacy is not “farmed” out.
It has been a pleasure to find so many families still wanting to help their aging loved ones as much as they can. They’re not shirking their responsibility to them, and they sometimes must face the cruelest of challenges such as dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, and other serious health related issues. The trust between our client families and us here at Senior Solutions of Pinellas County enables individuals and their loved ones to transition between abilities and disabilities and independence and dependency. Together, families and Senior Solutions provide the highest level of quality of life that can be imagined and achieved.
All of my clients make a mark on my heart and are thought of often even after their deaths. They and their families are not forgotten. Many families still take the time to send an email to let me know they’re thinking about me. Many send an email to let me know they still appreciate what I did to help them. All share a part in the success we have had over the past 10 years of business.
At this milestone in Senior Solution’s life, we continue to provide what our clients need in order to achieve maximum results. The problems our clients face never get easier. It never gets easier for children to see their parents age and witness all of the aches and pains that go with it. Together though, we deal with them as they come up and learn to accept that which we are unable to change.
I’d like to thank all of Senior Solutions of Pinellas County’s families near and far for seeking out our assistance and allowing us to help them with some of the most difficult issues that we all face as we age.
I’d also like to thank the handful of extremely professional and qualified peripheral service providers that I have called upon to help in the delivery of specialized services for my clients and me. Their work has been outstanding, their dependability and caring manners admired and most appreciated.
Thank you all for 10 of the most rewarding years of my life.
